I'm terribly sorry, but...

Hi,
I just noticed you've "friended" me.
I'm sorry but I'm not 100% sure we've ever met.

It's probably my fault.
I may have been drunk.
I might have been too tired.
Maybe the lights were out...

I was probably just out of focus.
That happens to me a lot, even with people I talk to daily, and especially with relatives.

In any case - if you'd be so kind as to remind me where and when we met, I'd be eternally grateful and probably remember who you are too. If you've never met me yet seek my friendship because you noticed we've got many mutual friends, or share the same interests, that's cool too, but I'd appreciate it if you pop me a message illuminating our commonalities. Just so we're on the same page...
